  • Roughly 47 individuals from 16 institutions across California registered for this informative session addressing equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism in academic libraries. The webinar provided an opportunity for participants to engage in discussions on: 

    • Library messages in support of Anti-Racism and Black Lives Matter​

    • Library efforts to educate others about anti-racism, EDI, and Black Lives Matter

    • Continuing efforts among library faculty and staff to develop their understanding of these issues

    • Organizational engagement and discussion around these topics

  • Carlo Medina (UCLA), Holly Hampton (CSU San Marcos), and Raymundo 'Ray' Andrade (Loyola Marymount University) describe EDI and anti-racism efforts at their libraries and campuses and invite discussion with attendees about efforts at attendee institutions
