Event Information

• Centered around staff morale and burnout, the event brought together 125 registrants in access services from 55 organizations across multiple states nationwide. The participant-driven unconference collected employees from wide-ranging academic libraries to meet, network, learn, and share experiences and perspectives with one another.  Two featured speakers, Mark Stover (Library Dean at CSU Northridge) and Jennifer Fabbi (Library Dean at CSU San Marcos), shared their thoughts on the theme, followed by moderated discussions.
